Refund policy

We want you to love what you purchase from 
Practical Lettering Studio. 

If something isn’t right, we’ll help you find the quickest path to a fix, exchange, or refund.

Refund Eligibility: 

Refunds may be issued within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

- Unused files: The font files must not have been embedded, or used in any published, commercial, or client work.
- No distribution: The font files must not have been shared, transferred, or otherwise distributed to any third party.
- Proof of purchase: You must provide your original order number or receipt.  

Technical issues: 

If you experience a verifiable technical problem with a font that we cannot resolve promptly, we will issue a full refund.

Wrong license or style: 

If you purchased the wrong license tier or font style, we’re happy to correct it. In these cases, we’ll adjust your order by charging or refunding the price difference rather than processing a full return.

Non-refundable: 

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Purchases older than 15 days.
- Font files that have been embedded in commercial work
- Custom or commissioned work.

After a Refund: 

Your font license is revoked. Please delete all copies, uninstall the fonts from every device, and remove/replace the font in your work.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges of digital font files. If you would like to switch to a different font, please contact us to arrange a refund (if eligible) and repurchase the desired style or license.
